As a Line Cook in an elevated, multi-concept kitchen, you’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes with precision, consistency, and care. From private dinners to Member events and day-to-day service, this role requires a passion for execution, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment.

Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Pay: $16-$19.50, based on experience
Direct Responsibilities (Summary)

Prepare and execute dishes according to established recipes and plating standards

Work designated stations (pantry, grill, sauté, fry, etc.) during service

Maintain clean, stocked, and organized work areas before, during, and after shifts

Assist with ingredient prep, portioning, and station setup

Monitor food quality and communicate any product or supply issues

Follow kitchen protocols, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times

Assist in closing duties, including breakdown, cleaning, and proper food storage

Collaborate closely with fellow cooks and front-of-house team to ensure a seamless experience
Qualifications

1–3 years experience in a professional kitchen preferred

Familiarity with kitchen equipment, safety, and sanitation standards

Strong knife skills and comfort working across multiple stations

Ability to stay composed and focused during high-volume service

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
-
Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
