As a Line Cook in an elevated, multi-concept kitchen, you’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes with precision, consistency, and care. From private dinners to Member events and day-to-day service, this role requires a passion for execution, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment.

Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
Pay: $16-$19.50, based on experience

Direct Responsibilities (Summary)

  • Prepare and execute dishes according to established recipes and plating standards

  • Work designated stations (pantry, grill, sauté, fry, etc.) during service

  • Maintain clean, stocked, and organized work areas before, during, and after shifts

  • Assist with ingredient prep, portioning, and station setup

  • Monitor food quality and communicate any product or supply issues

  • Follow kitchen protocols, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times

  • Assist in closing duties, including breakdown, cleaning, and proper food storage

  • Collaborate closely with fellow cooks and front-of-house team to ensure a seamless experience

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years experience in a professional kitchen preferred

  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment, safety, and sanitation standards

  • Strong knife skills and comfort working across multiple stations

  • Ability to stay composed and focused during high-volume service

  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
