Concierge

As a Concierge in this elevated cultural and hospitality environment, you’ll support guest-facing operations during live performances, private events, and special gatherings. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in guests, managing ticketing, and assisting with food and beverage service as needed. You’ll also support the floor team by running food and helping maintain smooth guest flow.

This is an as-needed, part-time role — perfect for someone with a professional presence, strong communication skills, and flexible availability. Some weeks may have no scheduled shifts, depending on the event calendar and programming needs.

Pay: $16/hr (tips are not applicable)
Schedule: As-needed; primarily evenings and weekends

Direct Responsibilities (Summary)

• Greet guests upon arrival and manage check-in or ticketing processes

• Provide helpful information and set a warm, professional tone

• Support service staff by running food and assisting with guest needs

• Help maintain flow and organization in event or performance settings

• Perform light duties related to food and beverage handoff or presentation

• Troubleshoot or redirect guest concerns with calm and clarity

• Maintain a polished, guest-ready front-of-house appearance

• Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality, events, or guest services preferred

• Strong verbal communication and people skills

• Comfort with check-in technology and POS systems

• A polished, professional presence and attention to detail

• Reliable, responsive, and team-oriented

• Must be available evenings and weekends

• Able to stand and move for extended periods
